Chingeltei Branch

The Branch that we are assigned to is the Chingeltei Branch.  This branch is located in the Ger district so the members are humble people.  The classes and meetings I have attended have been wonderful.  Even though most of them have not been members for very long, (maybe 3 years) they have a really good understanding of the gospel and have great testimonies.  The young sister missionaries or Elders translate for us and I am really grateful for that. The Mongolian saints have beautiful singing voices and they love to sing.  In every class they start and end not only with a prayer but also with a song.  I will post more pictures of the branch members when I get to know them better.  For now here is a picture of the building.

Oh by the way the building is 2.6 miles away from our apartment and it took us 50 minutes to walk there.  It is uphill and the hard part is the traffic.  Lots of busy roads to try to cross and traffic to maneuver around.

President and Sister Clark will be living the mission this next Wednesday, July 3.  President and Sister Benson will be arriving at that time.  The Clarks seem like a great couple.  The love the Lord and the missionaries and are really fun to be around.  We have only had 1 week to get to know them, but they have made us feel welcome, just as all of the other senior missionaries have.
